ADTRAV’s Internet based traveler profile system can be customized to meet each customer’s needs. Users are able to change profile information via the Internet and changes are automatically updated in the GDS and online booking systems.

ADTRAV’s preferred online booking system, offers seamless availability through a comprehensive fare search engine, giving travelers direct access to public and negotiated airline, hotel and car rental rates. E-Rez also provides policy control, real time approvals and management reporting.

RezTracker saves our customers thousands of dollars each year by recapturing lost funds tied up in unused airline tickets. The RezTracker system automatically tracks each segment of each ticket issued by ADTRAV. If any portion of an airline ticket remains unused ten (10) days after the designated flight time, RezTracker automatically “tags” this record for possible reuse.

To ensure accuracy, RezConfirm automatically sends an electronic copy of reserved itineraries directly to the traveler for review and confirmation. Once a ticket has been issued, a travel invoice is automatically sent to the traveler with all the necessary travel information.
