ADTRAV’s Client Consulting department is our primary means of communication and effective partnership development with our clients.

Even before we begin the implementation for your new account, your account manager begins an extensive discovery process whereby they learn about your current travel program, your corporate structure, and your goals for improvement. Then, they will guide you through the implementation process, recommending practices that will have the greatest impact on your operations and your budget.


Once your account is fully engaged, Client Consulting will keep track of your interactions with our agents, monitor RezCritiques related to your account, and address any issues that arise from this feedback. Your Account Manager will work with you continuously to improve your operational processes.

Account Reviews

Your Account Manager will meet with you periodically and perform a review of your performance. They will use actual travel data to show your progress, and make recommendations on ways you can improve your travel policies, gain more control over spending, and increase future savings opportunities.
